研究簡介 (Research Introduction)

  • Professor Yu’s research interests include the synthesis, characterization, properties, and applications of various polymer-based and graphene-based nanocomposites and organic-inorganic hybrid materials. Especially investigation on improving physical properties related to the dispersion morphology of nano-scaled additives, such as graphene, clay, silica, metal-organic frameworks (MOFs), metal complexes, 2D materials, etc. The primary application fields of his research include the materials of livelihood, sensors, electronics, solar cells, and optoelectronics. Moreover, he is also interested in the materials and technologies of the display, solar cells such as dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs), and organic photovoltaic (OPV) and perovskites.

「高分子奈米複合材料」實驗室研究簡介

  • 主要研究方向在各種奈米複合材料、石墨烯複合材料及有機無機混成材料的合成、鑑定、物性研究與應用。利用功能性奈米級材料,如奈米黏土、石墨烯、二氧化矽、金屬有機框架材料、二維材料等,與各種高分子或氧化石墨烯,形成功能性奈米複合材料,研究材料之結構、分散性質,並發展其可能應用。應用領域包括: 高分子奈米複合材料、防腐蝕塗料、藥物感測、氣體感測、催化材料(產氫、人工酶)、染料敏化太陽能電池、鈣鈦礦太陽能電池、有機太陽能電池、光電材料、顯示器等。

Synthesis of Two-Dimensional (CuS)n MetalOrganic Framework Nanosheets Applied as Peroxidase Mimics for Detection of Glutathione

本研究成功以簡單迴流法合成了(Cu−S)n-MOFs 2D nanosheets,大幅縮短先前發表在Nat. Commun. 10, 1721, 2019之(Cu−S)n-MOFs晶體的水熱法製程時間,並且能大量生產。所合成的奈米片呈現二維平面形貌,厚度小於70 nm,經過詳細結構鑑定,證實其結構組成為 [Cu(6-Hmna)2]n,其層與層之間不包含填充離子,此合成突破對於此MOF之應用具重要關鍵性。根據目前已發表Cu-based MOFs具有類過氧化物酶活性(peroxidase-like activity)的相關文獻可知, Cu大多與O、N和羧基(−COOH)形成配位,並且Cu的氧化態以+2為主。然而我們的(Cu−S)n-MOFs 2D nanosheets則是由Cu和S形成平面的配位,並經由XPS圖譜分析確認Cu的氧化態是+1。此外,前人的文獻報導指出以Cu+進行的類芬頓反應(Fenton-like reaction),比Fe2+的芬頓反應的反應速率快160倍(J. Nanotechnol. 20, 66, 2022),但由於Cu2+/Cu+的氧化還原電位低,Cu+非常不穩定並且很容易氧化成Cu2+。而我們的(Cu−S)n-MOFs 2D nanosheets的特殊二維(−Cu−S−)n平面配位可將Cu+穩定在MOFs結構中,有別於以往的Cu-based MOFs是以Cu2+作為催化活性位點,我們首次針對(Cu−S)n-MOFs 2D nanosheets的類過氧化物酶活性進行深入的研究,透過酵素動力學量測(Cu−S)n-MOFs 2D nanosheets的動力學參數,與其他Cu-based MOFs做比較,並且使用KSCN作為活性位點抑制劑,證實Cu+可作為(Cu−S)n-MOFs 2D nanosheets的類過氧化物酶活性位點。由於(Cu−S)n-MOFs 2D nanosheets的類過氧化物酶活性會被glutathione (GSH)抑制,但卻不受其他胺基酸影響,因此成功建立比色法感測GSH。

實驗室介紹

歡迎來到Ch 321高分子奈米複合材料實驗室!

1. 發展新穎高分子奈米複合材料及其應用

游源祥教授所帶領的「高分子奈米複合材料實驗室」,研究各種功能性奈米複合材料,其研究兼具學術與應用,有許多產、學、研跨領域合作經驗。例如: 在環境永續領域,發展長效及耐候的防腐蝕奈米複合塗料,以有效保護金屬基材,延長其使用壽命。在綠能領域,其研究團隊投入太陽能電池關鍵材料及技術的研究工作,例如: 成功開發具優異電催化性質之石墨烯複合材料,應用於染料敏化太陽能電池; 成功提升目前研究熱門的鈣鈦礦太陽能電池之效率及穩定性,元件效能已達20%。在藥物感測方面,其開發之石墨烯複合材料,具有優異的藥物感測性,例如應用於抗精神疾病、抗組織胺藥物等。在光電應用方面,其團隊發展磁性光子晶體複合材料,利用磁場調控其反射光學性質,並發展磁控導線材料,希望應用於顯示器領域,例如新世代微發光二極體顯示器(Micro-LED Display)。在產學合作方面,例如:軟板透明導電膜之漿料、抗震耐衝擊剪切增稠複合材料、耐高溫抗菌材料等。

2. 先進金屬有機骨架(MOFs)材料量產技術及其應用

近年來輔仁大學化學系與暨南大學應化系共同組成研究團隊,爭取到國科會自然司化學學門之「化學鍵結整合型計畫,此計畫目標希望結合不同領域專長之研究團隊,能夠專長互補、上下及水平整合,以提升研究能量及研究之國際影響力。團隊由六個實驗室所組成(分別是游源祥、劉彥祥、吳景雲、李慧玲、呂光烈、鄭淑華教授),執行計畫題目: 「先進金屬有機骨架聚合物混成材料之設計、製備與應用」,為期三年(109-111年度),總經費達1500萬元。整合型計畫以呂光烈教授最先報導之全世界最高導電率的MOFs材料為核心平台,發展其混成材料製備及應用技術。子計畫主持人游源祥教授,負責新穎二維半導體金屬有機骨架材料與石墨烯及高分子混成材料之合成及應用,目前已經成功發展出二維MOFs快速的合成方法,以及具有較大產率簡單的合成技術。目前成果陸續發表,預期對於學術及產業應用,未來將極具發展潛力。此外,112-114年度,輔大化學系獲得國科會一般整合型計畫補助三年,每年經費大約200萬元,游源祥教授任總計畫主持人,分項計畫主持為本系劉彥祥/呂光烈教授、李慧玲教授、劉靜萍教授,執行之研究主題: 「新穎多孔金屬錯合物混成材料於環境感測與生醫應用-新穎多孔金屬錯合物混成材料的製備、性質及應用研究」,本實驗室擔任新穎螢光MOFs材料之改質分散及其混成材料之製備,擔任上下整合之角色,這也是我們目前研究的方向。
