研究領域

  •  以高效能液相層析儀串聯質譜分析 (HPLC-MS/MS) 來研究環境污染物 (如砷、二手煙、奈米材料、揮發性有機氣體、PM2.5和PAHs)以及對人體健康危害的生物性指標物如DNA 氧化性傷害研究之8-OHdG (8-oxo-7,8-dihydro-2’-deoxyguanosine)、DNA 甲基化(Global methylation)、脂質過氧化(Lipid peroxidation) 之8-iso-prostaglandin F2α、香煙致癌物NNK 的代謝物種和揮發性有機氣體代謝物種分析。

  • 串聯式四極柱質譜儀與飛行時間質譜儀 (LC-Q-TOF) 研究暴露質體學(Exposomics) 以動物模式和人體暴露於環境污染物下,進行全面性的代謝輪廓譜分析(Metabolite profiling) 和代謝物標靶分析(Metabolite target analysis) 找出新穎的生物性指標物如胺基酸 (Amino acids)、色胺酸代謝物(Tryptophan metabolites)、花生四烯酸代謝物(Arachidonic acid metabolites) 以及全氟碳化合物系列 (Perfluoroalkyl substances, PFAS) 等。

  • 開發新穎材料應用於樣品前處理領域,如金屬有機骨架化合物 (Metal–organic frameworks, MOFs) 、共價有機框架聚合物(Covalent–organic frameworks, COFs)和磁性奈米材料等。

環境介紹

我們的實驗室為 CH312 的學生提供了全面的學習,強調實踐操作,在電化學分析、層析方法和關鍵材料合成等方面獲得專業技能,培養直接應用於實際場景的實用技能。我們特別強調學生擁有積極負責的心態和必備的技能,包括效率、有效溝通、合作精神和積極進取的態度,以應對職場的變動挑戰。

實驗室融合了最新的技術與關注行業標準,特別注重對分析儀器的精通,尤其是層析技術。學生將學會運用和理解這些儀器的細微差異,為他們未來在研發、製藥、檢驗、工程和公共服務等領域的職業生涯打下堅實基礎。我們全面的實驗室學習打開了通往各種行業的大門,可以在研發部門、檢驗機構、製藥公司、工程職位和公共服務等領域就業。
